When is the event?

To protect the health and well-being of attendees, EXPERIENCE has been rescheduled for October 20, 2020.

What happens if I already purchased a ticket?

Your ticket will still be honored. If you are no longer able to attend, then you have the option to transfer the ticket or request a refund. If you need to cancel we will be providing a refund for the ticket cost, but Eventbrite fees are non-refundable.

Will the location remain the same?

Yes, EXPERIENCE will still take place at Metropolitan West Pavilion, 639 West 46th Street, New York City.

Will the speakers remain the same?

Yes! Maryam Banikarim and Frank Supovitz are still confirmed as keynote speakers at EXPERIENCE on our new date.

How do you know Coronavirus will no longer be a public health concern in October?

We of course cannot be certain that the public health concern regarding COVID-19 will be resolved, but we will continue to monitor advice from state and local government. We will continue to be proactive and will send event updates as needed.

Will I get a refund if the event is cancelled?

We will issue a full refund on your pass if you cancel for any reason 30 days prior to the new event date. Come October, we will post additional information on refunds if Coronavirus continues to be a public health concern.

Can I transfer my ticket to a colleague or friend?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket at any time by emailing [email protected] with your request.

Are you reopening early bird pricing?

Because the event date has moved to the future we are able to extend early bird pricing. Please visit experience.hqo.co/register for details on pricing.
